Atif has spent 20 years designing and delivering technology systems in telecoms, the energy sector and public safety. He started as a system design engineer at Motorola Solutions in the UK, then spent twelve years with NEC in Pakistan and Tokyo, leading solution design and programmes for transmission networks, SDN/NFV, smart energy, energy storage and cloud SaaS, and public safety systems including facial recognition and biometrics. He worked with government agencies and funders such as JICA, the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank, and built partnerships with IBM, Oracle, SAP and Siemens. At TDI he leads technology and solution architecture. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and studied data systems design and advanced statistics at LSE.

Waqas brings more than 20 years across telecoms, IT and business leadership. He started as a microwave transmission engineer at NEC, then managed a GSM-based fuel monitoring roll-out across 1,000 telecom tower sites with a budget of over $7.5M. He spent ten years running IT infrastructure for a Toronto legal firm and later served as CEO of a content and SEO company. Earlier, as a founder of Xerosector, he delivered franchise management software across 470 franchises of Pakistan's largest telecom operator. At TDI he oversees strategy, client acquisition and the long-term direction of our automation and SaaS products.

Junaid has spent more than 17 years in furniture e-commerce, running product management, catalogues and marketplace operations for US furniture businesses. He has managed product data and supply relationships with more than 50 manufacturers, and builds the enterprise data and workflow systems that keep large catalogues accurate across every sales channel. He began his career as a project manager at Xerosector, delivering telecom software projects alongside Waqas. At TDI he leads our e-commerce data practice.
